Volunteer Corps Nepal
They envision a hand (of help) for all the people of Nepal, from the high Himalayas to the plains of Terai. Their missions include improving lives, reducing vulnerability, promoting well-being and creating equitable society through integrity and sustainable approach. Realizing the crucial importance of holistic and integrated development of Nepal and Nepali people, VCN has started to work on Core Volunteerism and project basis. VCN truly believes that, volunteers are the transformation ambassadors from their respective countries and communities through which Nepalese people will be benefitted by the expertise that volunteer holds and synergy we create making great things happen for shake of needy people. VCN works directly with government of Nepal, Embassies, multi-bilateral Donors, Individual / Institutional Donors and International / National Volunteers. Through working in partnership, VCN aims at breaking the vicious poverty, empower disadvantaged people and assert equitable access. VCN develops projects together with the affected communities, local authorities and organizations that are active in the respective mandate areas to empower disadvantage people with social inclusion and gender equality to claim individuals’ basic human rights.
Volunteer Corps Nepal facilitates various developmental works and activities through coordination, partnerships and volunteerism. Since its inception, VCN is working with marginalized communities for empowering them to organize and improve their livelihoods through sustainable programs and activities. It has provided quality services to the needy people in different parts of Nepal through its team of multidisciplinary professional experts. It has always been a trusted organization for the entire national and international enthusiast, wishing to contribute for the cause of humanity. The organization believes in public-private partnership (PPP) in social and development.

The funds raised will be used for work in disaster response and in creating volunteers.
